Title: IT Deployment Technician
Location: 100% onsite in Hudson Valley area of New York (0-90 mins upstate from NYC)
Contract: initial 2-month contract with likely extension

Summary:
- The TDR Techs are responsible for Epic end-user device deployment and Technical Dress Rehearsal (“TDR”) script testing efforts of non-clinical devices requiring connectivity to Epic prior to Epic go-live for CareMount and Crystal Run CDOs in New York (owned by Optum).
Requirement:
- 2+ years hands-on IT-related job experience, preferably service desk or hardware installation
- Excellent "customer service", able to communicate effectively with clinic managers, clinical and operational staff members
- Local to Newburgh/Pougkeepsie or commutable from surrounding Hudson Valley area outside of NYC
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
